My name is Richard and wanted to give a shout out to advance auto sales and services. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and had a great experience. Car has been great low mileage and disclosure about the vehicle was on point. He was honest and reliable and upfront and forthcoming about any of the damages that were on the vehicle And made me fully aware before I purchased vehicle had no mechanical issues and has been sound and solid just as we had talked. Communication was great and honesty was 100%. I would highly recommend.

My girlfriend got hit in a parking lot right in her front wheel and it bent the wheel in and bent the Strut. We limped it over to this shop as it was the closest and couldn’t be happier. Got it fixed and back on the road by the time we got off work. And for less than half what I expected is to pay.

I bought a used car from this dealership and did not have a good experience. It took months to get the title and a bunch of follow up. My car insurance is also really high because of historic issues with the title which couldn’t be explained. I also have a tire that started leaking the moment I drove off the lot.

Found two problems with a car that meant they legally could not sell the car until it had been fixed. Noticed that the vehicle had been in an accident while the mechanic told me previously "he didn't think so"- the damage was obvious. I don't know if he spent even 5 minutes inspecting the car but having missed all of that & more, I took my business elsewhere. I'm very happy with my new vehicle & grateful not to have fallen into this unsafe trap when they just want the car off of the lot, safety issues be damned.

Efrem , the owner was referred to me by a Lyft driver I was using because my car was not working.He had said that he was treated well and fairly there. Having no better ideas of where to take my car for repair,!I had it towed to Advanceq Auto. He put a Starter on for a better price, and while I waited-when other shops required an appointment a few days in the future. I was so happy with the service that I went back when the alternator needed replacement, and had what I believed was a catastrophic engine issue on my the highway—towed to his shop where he showed me it was only a tire blowout after all. He did not charge me a thing and certainly a dishonest person would have said I had problems that weren’t real, just to take my money in my ignorance . Anyway, I cannot say enough praise for t
