Driver noticed that my 9 year old son was very interested in the recovery operation and talked him through what everything on the truck did and even let him pull a few levers and then thanked him for his “help”. It made his day. Driver was not only friendly but extremely competent. Would definitely use this business again.

My wife’s car needed a tow so we called our insurer and they linked us up with Advance Towing and Recovery! I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! They were fast and they communicated very well! We never had to guess how long it would take, they gave us an estimated time and called when in route. The gentleman arrived and was very kind and professional and took great care of us! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this service!

Recently, I needed towing service for my car. It was a complicated situation. The electrical components were not working. I have an all wheel drive vehicle and I had applied the emergency brake before my car got it's hiccup. Brian, the tow truck driver, was very nice and pleasant. He assured me he wasn't going to damage my transmission. That assurance and communication settled my nervousness about my car. You should use them for all your vehicle needs. I will definitely use them again. They need 10 stars!

He could have made more money. But he asked if I wanted to try jumping the car off before he towed it. I said yes. He was successful. And I was able to drive to the repair shop and get a new battery. That was a good man. And if I need a tow I know who to call now. Thank-you.
