A good, honest shop. I was so lucky happening upon these guys. They saved my life and basically gave me back a brand new truck with how well it runs (and it's a '91). Very communicative and very flexible if, like me, it might not be til the end of the week that you can pick up your vehicle. Thank you Steve and crew!

Taking my car to this shop turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. While the customer service was friendly, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. When I went to pick up my car, the mechanic forgot to put the cap back on the coolant reservoir, causing my car to overheat on the way home. They tried to blame it on the existing issue with the vehicle, but it was clear to me that their negligence had only exacerbated the said issue and their deflection of blame was a poor attempt to cover up their own carlessness. While putting us at this risk was bad enough, the fact that there was no attempt to take full responsibility or even acknowlwgment to excuse all the inconveniences that arose under their care, feels though they don't consider the attitude thats hoped for

Took my car to Steve and Ryan both gentlemen have amazing customer service! My car wouldn't turn on and key was stuck in the ignition . They quickly diagnosed the problem called to tell me every step it was the battery and I needed a new one and with installation and everything I got my car back the next day which was a lifesaver very honest very reasonable an affordable pricing . Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommend anybody to go to them for any mechanical issues with cars and or trucks!!

Advanced Auto Care has been my go to for the last 3 maybe 4 years from simple oil changes to bigger repairs and each time Ryan and the guys get it done in a timely and professional manner! Top quality service really grateful!

Contacted them about a 2008 Prius for spark plug / engine misfire work. They explained their hybrid specialist retired and they’re not taking hybrid jobs anymore, even for regular engine work, and referred me to the dealer instead. They were polite on the phone, but Prius / hybrid owners should know this before calling. This review is only about the phone interaction, not their repair work.
