We have been taking our vehicles to Advanced Automotive since they opened in 1999. You can trust that they are watching out for your pocketbook. They have the knowledge and experience to not just throw a lot of expensive parts at your vehicle if it doesn’t need them. I highly recommend them. Mike R

Jeff gave a receipt with transmission solenoid codes on it from $10,000 computer and refused to do something about them, said that it was the valve body even though his $10,000 computer gave us cylanoid codes, so.... he put cleaner in our transmission told us to drive for a week, said it should fix itself, we drove it for 5 days with no change. Don't recommend this guy to anyone. Also you charged $127 and some for trans cleaner, VVVVVVV that narcissistic response is exactly what we were expecting out of you.

Very positive experience. I wasn't sure where to go after my old auto place closed, but these guys have already gone above and beyond! My last visit was a routine oil change, but they gave me a heads up about some other problems I'll need to deal with down the road.

Will not be returning. And yes, I have been there. Codes were cleared without authorization and a diagnostic was run even though we were told it wasn't going to be run because the history of the vehicle was unknown. I was charged for a diagnostic just to have codes cleared and had the issue resolved by birdnow. I will NOT return to your business and I will not recommend to anyone else. Save money and go elsewhere.
