I was unfortunately in a pretty bad auto accident recently and chose B&L to handle my claim and repair. Diane and the team at the shop were absolutely pleasant, professional, courteous, and communicative. They handled all my repairs with care, and also served as an advocate on my side with the insurance company to make sure my car was repaired In the best way possible. I do 100% recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any types of repairs to their automobile. Had an insurance claim for my door and it is almost like new! All of the employees have been kind and very helpful! They even had a vehicle I could use while waiting for it to be repaired. It was my first time using their service and they have been very flexible and patient through the process. Highly recommend!

These guys did an awesome job on my son's car. He was on his way to college at Upper Iowa University from southern Missouri when a deer ran out in front of him and wiped out the whole left front corner as well as part of the left back of his car. After months of dealing with the insurance company my son went and talked to B & L Body Repair to get an estimate. They got right on it and helped him out as well as kept me informed as to what was going on and what we needed to do. Once insurance paid they got the parts ordered and the car went into the shop for repairs. Everything they said was going to happen, did. They were very easy to work with, very helpful, and very friendly. I pray I never do, but if body repair to a car is needed again I would definitely go back here again.
