Advanced Diesel Performance

On December 19th I was traveling alone to Missouri. After parking my truck in Albuquerque to check in to where I was staying, I then went back out to grab something to eat. My truck would not start. The day before I had work done on my truck oil change fuel filter just the basics. I called advanced Diesel performance because of their reviews and I am so glad I did. I do not know who answered the phone but this man was an angel. He kept me calm. He walked me through what was going on. Told me how to prime my fuel filter and my truck started right up. I did have to do this a couple of other times during my trip but I had a lovely holiday with my children and a safe ride back to Arizona. William, the owner, is a Ford master technician who hires skilled technicians providing customers the highest quality in their requests. The shop has worked on multiple vehicles for my family and each time their technicians have gone above expectations in their work. I appreciate Jason for repairing my vehicle. I was provided accurate invoices for repairs that were recommended. The work completed was done within the prescribed time originally specified by the service advisor. If I could give more stars I would. Very knowledgeable, very sympathetic and walks you through the entire process. Even if it's not a good diagnosis. Communication is great and they have a asome link to view the estimate and a texting feature through that.So you can communicate everything. We'll be using them in the future for all maintenance.

If you have long-term backup transportation and are in no hurry whatsoever for your vehicle or even the courtesy of a returned phone call -- these guys eventually do good work. NOTE: Pre-arranged appointments mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, and do not expect to get an apology for absurd delays. Never again for us.
