This is the original Grants Pass Tire Pros. It's now "Advantage Tire Pros". I got a flat tire in the middle of my road trip to California. The people here are incredibly friendly. Love their smile. They did a wonderful job repairing my tire. As of August 2025 it was free of charge. I was surprised and the least I can do to thank them is writing here. People, this is how you make a good business - building reputation. Customers will come here to make purchases just because of this. I will tell my friends about how good this tire shop is.
Kory and the crew were very courteous and interested in helping. I needed to return some Tire Rack stock tires that were not going to be fully appropriate for my off-road use. Kory managed to get them returned so I didn't have to and suggested others. Got me in right away and out the door hassle free. He also took the time to review some service requirements for my truck in order to comply with the current warranty. I would recommend these folks any time. Excellent customer service.
Fantastic Service and Support from the crew! Kory and Team were extremely professional and so helpful and friendly. They even identified another issue with my vehicle while I was having my new tires installed. Some of the nicest folks I have met no kidding! I am recommending whoever reads this to go to Advantage tire on Union Ave. When I bought my tires they price matched the lowest price I could find. The guys there are knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. Today, my first rotate, I was in and out in a half hour. If you want quality tires, great service, and speedy service(the trifecta) go to Advantage.
Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Went out if their way to get my car done before a big storm so I could safely get to work the next day. You guys are the best. Thank you.
