Erik, Mark and Mocks Team far exceeded my expectations. Dealing with insurance companies can be overwhelming to say the least! Progressive Insurance Co. recommend a local repair shop. After receiving the run around for an estimate of repairs, I was told that my truck was unrepairable. 😬 Hmmm, I took my baby to Mocks for a second opinion. They persevered for the truth! They fought for the customer! Was it a lot of work? Yes Did it require experience, knowledge & skill? Yes! The attached pictures speak! I couldn’t be happier!

I cannot say enough good things about Mocks. Having to deal with an accident is stressful, but they made the entire process easy from start to finish. I even missed my first drop off appointment and they could have pushed me back weeks. Instead, they worked with me and still finished my car days earlier than expected. When I picked it up, I was blown away. My car looks brand new(INSIDE&out-smelled so clean too!!), they fully detailed it!! We had just gotten back from a five day road trip, so it was not in great shape(I blame the dogs and teens). It honestly felt like I was picking up a brand new car. I will probably never take my vehicle anywhere else and will absolutely recommend them. Thank you again, Mocks. This meant more to my family than you know!

I was involved in a collision in my beloved & spotless 2001 Toyota Tacoma in early July of this year. The best thing about that horrible day was making the decision to have my truck towed to Mock's Ford Body Shop in Grants Pass, Oregon. Eric, the body shop manager, was phenomenal from the moment he greeted me and throughout the entire process. His professional manner, experience and knowledge set my mind at ease. It was great that he dealt with the insurance company to make sure all the repairs would be covered.
