Got my truck right in and gave me exceptional service. More importantly, the promised completion date of the next morning was right on. We can go to work today.

ATG quoted me $12.5k for rear suspension bushing replacement on a RV. The work was completed at Donovan's for $2.1k and they got it done in a week, parts in stock. I literally paid ATG ~$1k for them to tell me exactly what I told them when I took it in. I had a previous inspection report from a Freighliner dealer in Hartford, CT. You decide. Update: Shortly after posting this review some VP calls me up unhappy with my review. VP was polite enough though. Said he would look into it and get back to me. I asked if he would really get back to me. VP did not like my insinuation. Said he would. Still waiting... Update 2: Hey VP....your word on getting back to me? Update 3: Been over a year VP.

Service dept. Took the time to give me a ride to hotel. Also thorough on checking truck...clearly explained how it was going to work for getting windshield replaced...

Helpful folks and really tried to help. Was there for check engine light. Directed me to their other shop got me in and out same day. What a wonderful guys and fair prices. Thanks for great service.
