AE Towing

I had a great experience working with AE Towing during a difficult time. My son drove off the side of the road and rolled his vehicle through a section of small evergreens and ended up upside down about thirty feet off the road tangled in a bunch of trees (and miraculously no one was injured). The dispatcher and tow truck driver Alexander were both professional and courteous. Alexander communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was very skilled in his job. Alexander was super professional, helpful and empathetic during a difficult extraction. He hauled our car over three hours away and was able to maneuver a very tight drop off point with ease. He’s a man that knows how to work his tools. Job well done!

I had the worst experience with A and E and the owner Greg and the supervisor Tabby. They were contracted by triple A to bring my car home after having an engine issue. The driver was inexperienced and got himself stuck on my road and hit my power poles. He attempted to get out but just made things worse. They called a second truck to get him out but the driver just drove straight into the mud… he had a cdl too. They then called a third truck to get out the two stuck. This whole thing took my whole night and went from 10pm till 2:30 am. I am never doing business with A and E and going to make sure everyone knows they didn’t repair my road after puttng potholes in my driveway and they didnt ever reach out to me after i kept calling and texting for a resolution. These guys were great. They got to me right away when I needed help. The driver, Raul, was professional, courteous and had a great sense of humor. He tried to help me get the car going, but I wanted it towed anyway. When we were done, I tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it. Solid dude and great company. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.

I had to get my car towed and went through my insurance and they sent AE towing. AE customer service over the phone and in person with Raul while getting my car towed was great! They got there sooner than they estimated and made the process easy. I had to change the drop off location and they were able to update for me with no hassle.

Everything went smooth. I requested roadside assistance through GEICO and got AE towing assigned to for the service. They were great. 10/10 recommend! Alfonso was great and made sure my car was safe and made it safe to the shop. Thank you so much Alfonso!
