I have found my forever car mechanics at AFA! Wow! Amazing, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, personable staff all around. Exemplary! They showed and explained to me where the problems were in a way that I could understand and SEE. They even have a comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee, and free *secure* WIFI. They also have a loaner car. They took amazing care of my “baby” (FIAT). Highly recommend!

I recently went there a few days ago because my car's engine was overheating like crazy. I saw that AFA Auto had great reviews and were close by, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Thank goodness I did! The staff there were incredibly helpful, nice, and understanding of my need to have the car back as quickly as possible due to work related needs. In less than 24 hours, they were able to diagnose that my car needed a new radiator, ordered a new one, AND put it in by the time I woke up the next morning! Not only that, to add some more context, my car is a bit of a "beater" car and it had a dent in the bumper. They fixed that dent, for no extra charge, without me even asking them! I've been going to AFA auto for about three years now with my Audi A4 Premium Plus. The staff have always been extremely nice, helpful, and communicative. I just had to have my turbo replaced. I was informed in detail about the diagnostics performed and what the proposed plan was to fix it. I also needed an oil change at the same time and they gave me a little break in the price for the oil change as I was having expensive work done. When the work was finished, AFA provided me with a detailed list of the work done and they even cut the price a bit because they were able to reuse one of the original parts.

We were on our way to the Kancamagus, and had an issue with one of our tires. Being from New York and in a place we weren't familiar with, obviously we were concerned. We found AFA auto repair on a whim and they were SUPER helpful, friendly, and went out of the way to get us on the road within a few hours (which consisted of going and tracking down two tires for us and changing both, which is well above and beyond what anyone would normally do). Definitely recommend and definitely fair priced. Customer service is exceptional and I work in that field as someone who handles analytics and performance measurement. Highly recommend.
