I'm so happy I switched to Emory Auto when I bought my used car. Larry and Greg are knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced. I never feel talked down to and I trust they have mine and my car's best interest at heart. They also do drop-in inspections! They'll even drive you home and pick you up, which can be such a pain for single people. I can't say enough good things about Emory Auto.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop based on our experience. My elderly mother brought her car in for a tire pressure issue. While the vehicle was in their care, Greg backed it into another parked car, causing what appeared to be a minor dent. She initially did not want to file an insurance claim. After heavy rain shortly after, the car developed significant water intrusion in the rear. The dealership later confirmed body damage but advised the issue would be difficult to repair due to the water-related nature of the damage. Regardless of whether the water intrusion is ultimately determined to be related, the shop has refused to provide insurance information for the damage that occurred while the car was in their care, despite repeated requests from both my mother and her insuran

I stopped by Emory Automotive Services (formerly Byblos Auto) for an inspection sticker today and had a wonderful experience! The new owner, Greg, was polite, fast and informative. I would highly recommend this hidden gem- support your local businesses!
