AFFORDABLE AUTO

I went to check out 2 trucks they had on the lot. The first one had a frame covered in rust, the truck had a dead battery and would not hold an idle - and this is after assuring me the truck had a new battery. They refused to come down from $3.5k as the truck sits. I then looked at another truck that needed an idle air control valve. This one also needed to be jump started. With the front tires on the wires, a dead battery, and a bad idle air control valve, they still refused to budge on the price. Complete waste of my time.

When I got my Jeep in February 45 minutes after leaving the car lot found out there was a crack in the radiator when I called them about it. They were unwilling to take the Jeep back after me paying 4500. Dollars for it outright. When I ask what they're willing to do to make it right? They're only options where to send me a radiator and have me put it Or me Buy the radiator and pay them to put it in. When doing the paperwork I told them I wanted to transfer my plates from my previous vehicle to the Jeep so I gave them the 1st 2 letters of my plate DA when I look at the paperwork when I got home. I noticed a transferred a DN plate to my Jeep. They transferred the current owners plate on my old car to my Jeep. So I was unable to drive my vehicle legally for 2 weeks while I was waiting for t

Ohhhh where to start, car was listed for 900,drove 2 1/2 hours to see it, hadn't been test drove, looked at,checked out absolutely NOTHING. 2004 dodge Stratus with 102,000 on it. 1st day leave the lot maybe 10 min down the road go to put gas in, it goes straight on the ground, of course everyone is gone from the lot for the day, I take it back and surprisingly they agree to fix it, well it gets fixed over the weekend I pick it up on Sunday and it made it maybe an 1 :30 from Decatur to Vandalia and the engine threw a rod. So I drove this car for a total of maybe 2hrs, 1700 down the drain, didn't take it back, didn't try to fix it, take that money down for another car nothing. Went through the state for lemon law, about 15 days or 500 miles tried to work it out and never got a response back

I know this is a “used” car dealer ship. But I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Jermery. The next day the check engine light came on and the back up camera was not working. I called and told him I have to replace the Cadillac converter & he told me to go get anther opinion that he doesn’t work on cars anymore. Not only that I have to replace the rotors and breaks along with the converter and back up camera paid 6,100 for the car plus has a cracked windshield to be replaced (I was aware of this) but yes I’d recommend going somewhere else for a car although he was nice. But I’m putting more money in this car then I should. It would of been nice if he could of fixed the issue before selling the car ! Needed an oil change & no gas in car!

Wasted an entire day driving an hour each way to look at a car they assured me was in good shape and had no mechanical issues. Turns out they hadn't even taken it for a test drive, done an inspection, or anything since it came onto the lot. There was a flat tire, no A/C, rust and dents, a horrible smell inside, a busted door hinge, and a lot of clunking and grinding when I drove it. Edit: this was a 2004 Pontiac Vibe
