I bought a ford transit van from Affordable Auto and under 23 days of having it the transmission failed. Also, the day I drove it home I noticed one headlight was out and reached out for them to fix it. They did but it was the wrong side even though I explained which one exactly it was (I didn’t not catch this in the moment because I did not want to hover while he worked on it), I did not notice until I was 40 mins away, drove back to have them replace the right light and not only did it still not work but he messed with the blinker making it non functional. I did not want to came back so I YouTubed it myself. They said THEY replaced the transmission but upon it blowing out they corrected themselves and said it was the past owner. So they lied. Great Used car buying experience. Casey was knowledgeable a very easy to work with. I was looking for an affordable car for my boy away at college, it must be affordable and reliable. No pressure sales like most car lots. A few weeks after the sale we had a few problems arise. I brought them to her attention. It turned out that the engine had a bent cam that wouldn't have been noticed unless you opened up the engine. after having the vehicle for a couple days the mechanics fixed all the issues plus a few that they found along the way with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Went looking for a truck and they had what I was looking for. Casey was great to work with. She said that they just got the truck in and that it was not ready for sale yet. It had to pass inspection and to be detailed. She knew that I was very interested but it would be a few weeks out still. She keep me up to date as to what was going on and that a few things needed to be fixed. I waited several months to write a review, but months later we still love the vehicle! The one small problem we had immediately after buying it was dealt with quickly and professionally ~ they definitely stand by their vehicles! Excellent customer service, fair price for quality used vehicles.
