He gave me a price quote over the phone and scheduled my appt same day, did repair same day at the exact price he had quoted. We had driven here from out of state when our car started making noises that needed diagnosing. Tim was great, he figured out what the issue was and it turned out to be a cheaper fix than we'd expected. He ran through possible fixes and let us know what was really needed immediately and what we could wait on if we wanted. I felt he took the time to listen and didn't try to pressure us into anything. I really appreciated his time and work, they got us in quickly and all the work done the same day. If we lived in the area, this would definitely be our go-to mechanic.
