Geenie who runs the front desk is AMAZING. She speaks 'girl' and has always been able to explain to me what's going on with my car. Plus, she knows me by name and remember the work they have done for me. I recommend this place over and over!
I have been going to affordable automotive for the last 15 years. I find the mechanics are honest. I highly recommend them
I can’t express how satisfied I am with Cliff and Janine over at Affordable Automotive. Be cautious when taking your vehicle to the dealer, they will rip you off every time and my experience with these folks proves it. The dealer wanted to order parts for my truck that I obviously did not need and they had kept it parked in their lot for over a month before I decided to look elsewhere for repairs. I am so glad I did because Affordable Automotive evaluated my vehicle and fixed it the very same day!!! I can’t even begin to give enough praise to these guys. Keep up the great work and I will never go anywhere else, customer for life!!!!
Affordable Automotive had been recommended to me as being one of the most affordable and ethical auto repair companies in Albuquerque. I can now totally confirm. Although it took two weeks to get an appointment, it was well worth the wait for same day service to replace my driver side window and both front door handles. Customer service was excellent!!
Almost destroyed my cooling system. Last month I took our Chrysler 300 to these guys for a routine coolant flush. We had to pull off off at I 40 in Tucumcari and have a mechanic check it. It was learned the skid plate wasn't re-attached right and the cooling system had air left in it after the flush. Also not enough coolant was added to the radiator and the reservoir was empty. A month later we had a check engine light go off and the thermostat was bad. A mechanic at a Firestone in Dallas advised the coolant flush that was previously done may have damaged the cooling system. It cost us $ 611.00 to fix the car. This car ran perfectly until the
