John and his shop are 5 stars all the way. I've been bringing my cars there for years and the guy is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and as far as I'm concerned, very trustworthy. I would highly recommend and I bring a German car which he's done excellent work and service. He's very busy because he's that good.

Positive aspects- 1. Professional approach and Excellent Customer Service. The Owner, John, is Great in all respects 2. Honesty and Transparency (Rare to find one) 3. John makes you feel at home. Areas of improvement - 1. Approach to the workshop from the main road needs to be restructured to make it more attractive. 2. When John is not around his next level team members should be trained to be a little more friendly with customers.

5 star service here, I wasn’t lied to not one time and they didn’t overcharge for service at all, they even went above and beyond and topped off my oil and helped fix my door, very helpful and reliable business :)

I really appreciate the over and above service we received at Affordable Car Care. My elderly mom had an alert ringing in her car, she immediately pulled over across the street. I called and explained the situation. Ed walked across the street, drove her car to the shop, took care of the problem, ran a diagnostic to check why the check engine light was on, also fixed that and sent mom on her way, safe and sound. Customer service beyond belief!! Thank you for your honest, and prompt service :)
