I was so appreciative of this as a younger driver dealing with their first accident alone. They remained in contact with us, sending us updates every step of the way. My kids got into an accident in November driving home from Port Huron. It was not their fault and they were not injured, but I was super concerned because they're driving an older sedan and I don't have collision insurance on it, so I wasn't sure how I was going to pay for it. I called Affordable, and Tanya was amazing. She helped me though the process of making a mini-tort claim against the other driver's insurance and she got it repaired for VERY close to the amount that their insurance covered.
