Hands down the best and made me feel like home while waiting. No corporate no just counting you as number and trying to get you out fast so cutting corners but actually listening to u and doing the job right no matter what it takes. This is what society needs to be as I would wait an hour knowing the job is getting done right and also not ashamed to be down at the guests level as we we all know customer service is something you can't buy or pay off so u can be lazy. The wow factor I got today I didn't think still available and was something we still want to achieve but be paid off.. Make them viral they earn it

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I called ahead about replacing a tire on my 2017 Dodge Journey and provided the exact size and specifications. I was told over the phone that the price would start at $55, including mounting. However, when my husband arrived to have the work done, he was told they only sell tires in full sets for $250. On top of that, he was informed that if he did manage to purchase a single tire, he would have to mount it himself. This was completely different from what I was told on the phone. The lack of consistency and clear communication was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected straightforward information and professional service, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Flat tire repair yesterday, despite having my car all day. The tire was flat again this morning! I inflated the tire and went back to the shop at 8:30 this morning and they were closed. Charged me $35.00 for not fixing my flat tire. ended up taking it to perfection tire. They were super nice and got me in and out in 20 minutes.

Took my 2009 Subaru Impreza in for faulty sensors for a same day repair and appointment. These guys are really professional and respectful. Nice quality work and Military friendly! We will go back for any and all tire maintenance in the future.

I have been consistently purchasing new tires from these guy since 2011. I had gotten to the point i wouldn't even call around i would just go to them. My last couple visits have left a bad taste in my mouth though. While sitting in the waiting room, i don't think they realized i was there, they were talking crap about various customers at some point one of them started bragging about ripping off another customer. conversation quickly ended when i poked my head around the corner and they went back to work. i wrote this off as i am fully aware not all customers are good customers. Next bad experience came a couple days ago I went in to have a tire patched ( the tire had been bought new from them). i got there about noon, they had me fill out the paperwork and guaranteed they would get it
