Noah was a literal life-saver when my Kona got a flat tire along the swamp of zero Avenue, leaving me stranded half off the road, impeding traffic with no where to go - caught between a rock and a soft place, as it would be. Noah arrived 2h50 AHEAD of my quoted 3 hours expected wait,(after failing to get through to BCAA for 35 minutes due to roaming/poor coverage) assessed all of my options with me, and helped me to make a game plan.
