Towed my car after an accident. The officer didn't provide the name of the company picking up the car nobody contacted me to tell me where it had gone. We had no clue where my car was for 4 days. The Highway Patrol didn't even know who picked it up. I had to call around until I figured out what company had it. I asked if we could get personal items from the car as it is totaled and was told that we couldn't get near the car until they got paid 817 dollars. They legally stole my car and everything in it. Now I am contacting a lawyer and plan on going after them.
Jaiden from Aggressive Towing was amazing. He went over the top to make sure we were able to complete our trip home to Winnipeg on a Saturday evening when we got a flat tire. His attitude and never quit approach made all the difference. His knowledge of swollen lug-nuts was extremely helpful!
The gal on the phone was very friendly and the tow truck driver was very accommodating. He had suggestions on service stations in the area that would best fit the repair I needed. It was funny I heard the commercial yesterday.
On Saturday January 13th 2023 my Jeep Rubicon died leaving the Holiday station on Brandt Dr in Fargo . It wouldn't turn over at all. Tried jumping it but once cables removed it died. We ended up calling Aggressive Towing and figured there would be a wait. The initial call was handled by a very pleasant gal that took my info, informed me they would be able to get me taken care of, and an approximate wait time of 2 hrs. We were contacted by Carter within the 2 hr time frame. I let him know the keys were inside the Holiday and asked if I needed to get there. Carter was amazing! He took care of everything without us having to run over. He got Jeep loaded up, delivered to Certified Auto Repair and promptly called us when finished to let us know he put keys in drop box, accepted our payment and
Called them in my hour of need, and they came. Even though it was 4am, they were there promptly and helped me out. Great service 👏
