Extremely disappointed in the drastic decline in service I experienced. I brought my truck in specifically asking for it to be gone over thoroughly after experiencing brake issues. I was assured it would be completely looked over and safe for my upcoming trips. That did not happen. Despite being told everything was fine after two test drives, I picked up my truck at closing only to realize the brake issues were still present. Because I travel for a living and had upcoming trips, I had no choice but to manage it temporarily. After returning, I sought a second opinion. I was informed that the rear brakes had never been properly inspected. The rotors are warped and one even has a hole in it — something that does not happen overnight. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with AGM. After months of trying to find a clean truck and dealing with corporate dealers and disingenuous sales people, I was relieved at the honest, straightforward sale of am immaculate truck that I drove 345 miles to aquire, and return home to New Hampshire without a hiccup. Adrian prides his business on a strong following of core competencies. He and his staff are a great team and it shows by the way they present themselves and the his company. My experience was legitimately top-tier! Their customer service is above and beyond any other auto body shop I've been to. The employees were knowledgeable, spoke to me clearly, and were not condescending in the least. The office was clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The details of the service were comprehensive, and I was kept informed throughout. I'll be coming back in the future!

I bought a $50,000 truck from them , “no issues”.. turns out upper oil pan leak , bunch of painted over rust. Just sucks. Tell them about my oil leak and how it’s a problem and “don’t worry about it fill it with oil” or they said we’ll do it at their fleet rate for a price of $2500 just crazy. They know what they’re doing to get your money .. be careful.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. They are just there to take money and run your car around town. We had taken in our one car with a PO500 code which is the vehicle speed sensor monitoring and a power steering code that would pop up sometimes. They then proceeded to tell us it is the transmission that needs replaced. A speed sensor or power steering is not a transmission issue. Additionally, I passed them turning off Hershey Road by I-81 with the car as there shop is on Route 11. The car had 29 miles put of the vehicle. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
