Jared Park is an honest and courteous sales consultant who returns calls and texts in a timely fashion and works earnestly to see a sale through to the end smoothly. H&H has served my family for decades, and I was fortunate they received the vehicle I wanted in their allocation from GM and then sold it to me at a fair price. My total time in the dealership was less than 1.5 hours, and much of that was setting up OnStar related services, an unavoidable task. One disappointment I had was that a front license plate holder was drilled into the front grill to hold a dealership branded plate; that should be a customer choice in a state that doesn't require front plates and on vehicles where the aesthetic is harmed irreparably by puncturing the body.
