This is a family run business and although I am not a blood relation, I have been treated as if I were. Pete and now his daughter Valerie oversee all aspects of this gem of a repair shop. No matter what the damage your car comes in with, it exits the way it looked when it was in the showroom. My recent experience required extensive consultation with insurer's representatives and a dishhonest tow company. I was overwhelmed and Valerie stepped in. She untangled my mess, got my car freed and safe in the hands of her crew. A more helpful, honorable, reliable and competent shop may not exist!
