I recently inquired about financing a vehicle here. After submitting an application, I was told I would need $10k down, but later learned the application had not actually been submitted to any lenders yet. It seemed like the decision was based only on internal software estimates. The staff was polite, but the financing process was confusing and not very transparent.

Their no pressure approach and genuine helpfulness set them apart, making this the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, everything was seamless truly top notch customer service! We contacted via text message majority of the time mark was quick with his response and everything was straight forward. He had the paper work ready to go upon arrival! Very accommodating as well!!
