Took me 15 min, and i was out Good job guys

Arrived 10 min before opening to line up along the curb with about 30 other cars and was there a total of 30 minutes. Very easy and clear instructions on where to be and what to do, staff I interacted with were nice. By the time I left there wasn't a visible line either.

So slow. Only 1 of 2 bays open for highest volume type of vehicle. Zero sense of urgency. I started my wait just after getting through the knife gate. It has been over an hour and I still have 5 vehicles in front of me plus the 4 to 5 in the bay/staging. For some reason everyone who works there just seems to waddle around like unmotivated umpalumpas.

I have come here in the past and had a decent experience however today I feel as if I might just pass away from old age waiting in this line. I was told by the technician at the enterence to get into this lane and it is not even open! The technician's at the bays are just letting all of us just sit here without moving instead of alternating taking cars out of each lane. This isnt rocket science. IF I ever get out of here I will be driving across town to a different location for emission testing in the future.

This place has been here since I first start buying cars I always go here no matter what people tell you you can show up whenever you will be there about an hour and 15 minutes I just went and got my tags last week and I was there for an hour and 15 minutes granted I got there when it first had open but I can almost guarantee it was clearing out as I was leaving pull up on these people man I appreciate the hard work y'all
