My car finally got old enough to need an emissions test. The actual experience wasn't too bad but the reason I am giving a 1 start review is that my car's check engine light came on a few days later. I remembered that part of the test was them needing to remove the gas cap. I checked, and sure enough that was the issue. They didn't even try to tighten it, it was just sitting loosely under the fuel door. Guys, you do hundreds of these tests each week. By now, you should know how to screw a gas cap back on. Plus it kind of defeats to purpose of an emissions test when you leave my car in a condition that will create even more emissions.

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Getting us into the right lane to get our emmitions test done. It passed, but if it didn't, they would have told us exactly what to do.

Have someone on staff that can actually drive manual transmissions. Dude had my car jumping all over the place. Then they come and say I’ll need to get my car towed as it won’t move. I said I’m not doing that then they said I could do it, by the way could smell clutch from how bad the dude was driving it. Needless to say I hoped in my car and easily drove it out of the bay. Dude was speechless. Quit hiring idiots that drive vehicles for a living but don’t know how to properly drive a manual transmission

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Super easy and everyone was really kind.

In and out relatively quickly. Wait times as advertised. Staff was professional.
