Howard is an amazing guy and one who goes the extra mile to make sure that the service is done right. I watched him take great care to make sure that my motorcycle wasn't damaged and that the job was done to spec. I was traveling near Klamath Falls when my tire wore through and deflated. Howard was the only guy who seemed to be stocking tires in the area and willing to help. He didn't cut any corners and did the job right. Guys like this are hard to come by.
