Klamath Falls Toyota Service Center

Dealership is very clean, great customer service, and they have a fully stocked coffee/snack waiting area. Dasean was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and great customer service. We drive 1.5 hours for their quality services.

Not sure if I feel comfortable coming here anymore. Seems dishonest. I'm not happy about the garbage that has been left in my care the last 2 times I've gotten my oil changed and I didn't appreciate them checking my back window wiper and leaving a huge swipe on my back window just to see if they could make a few bucks on me. I had already gotten a specific service done on my car for regular maintenance and the guy at the desk tried to tell me I needed it done. Not sure how he couldn't see I got that done on his computer. I didn't like how one of the techs came out and was loud and rude to the customer after they said they didn't want certain things done to their vehicle. The people at Lithia Toyota are amazing! They are kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only that, but they provide great service work as well. I've never had any issues after having service work done on my vehicles. I love the snacks and drinks in the lobby while I am waiting. Oh, and if you are in the market to buy a new car, talk to Vanessa in sales. She is extraordinary!
