Airpark Collision Center (Allard Collision)

Airpark Collision Center dropped the ball at every turn! I brought my truck to Airpark Collision Center for what should have been a quick fix — a small ding in the rear bumper and quarter panel. I was told it would take 7–10 days. Instead, they kept my truck for nearly 4 weeks. The service manager, William, admitted they “dropped the ball,” blaming delays on the shop, the insurance company, and the parts dealer. Owning up is one thing — fixing the problems is another. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I never received a proactive call. I had to chase them for updates, only to hear another apology and another excuse. Airpark Collision Center accomplished all required repairs to my custom truck. I was concerned that if I ever had an accident, I would find it difficult to find a repair shop that could repair/replace my custom bumpers that was sprayed with color coated bedliner materials. They handled the front bumper replacement/respray easily. Billy Carr the estimator was very knowledgeable about the necessary requirements for my truck. Their 5 star rating and reviews is what impressed me about this business which is very hard in the collision repair industry. They even went over and above detailing faded light covers. I would definitely use Airpark Collision again without hesitation!
