This is my second experience with Airport Autobody, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was with my father’s 2023 Accord Hybrid, which unfortunately ended up being a total loss. Throughout that entire process, Jason’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way and even allowed us to come back multiple times to retrieve personal belongings after the vehicle was deemed a loss. That level of customer service really stood out. About two months later, my own truck was hit. There was no question who I was calling — Airport Autobody, and specifically Jason as my service advisor. My Dodge Durango got hit before thanksgiving and called a friend and he recommended me to Airport Auto Body! Best decision I ever made! Spoke with Eric and got back to me within seconds! Talked through everything that was going to be done! Kept getting real time text message updates on what was being done and how far along they were! After parking my 2025 Rivian R1S for a few days in a parking garage, I returned to a dent in the left rear quarter and a note on the windshield. I appreciated the note but not the damage. Once I found the closest Rivian-certified collision centers near me I chose Airport Auto Body.
