If I can give zero stars I would. Towed my car with the title in it and mysteriously disappeared out of my car. Towed it on a Friday knowing it’s a holiday Monday. They wanted to keep my car and planned this because on the phone BILL said they can keep the car and settle it that way. Nasty people!!!
Threatened me and attempted assault by almost running me over. They had my money in their hands and still told me to pick it up at the impound lot for more. Had to get Sheriff involved and she sorted everything out. What a terrible experience
Location closed the gate before 5pm - when I called he said “I mean come on it’s almost 5pm” - we left work early to come to deal with this.
I personally hate towing companies and lots, and never have a good experience in any way possible BUT bill today was extremely informative and sincere and felt my position and did his best to help. He even helped me push my car onto to the flat bed because my car isnt working right now. I still dislike tow yards but bill was a fantastic help. This review and 5 stars is strictly for him!
Terrible all around. Towed my car without proper authorization and the people in the office have no idea what they are doing and are super aggressive
