Airstream Charlotte

A family owned business and we just bought an Airstream from them. An excellent experience, so much better than one of the corporate RV dealerships. Worked with Tammy who was fantastic…patient, helpful and knowledgeable. And “Q” did our walk though orientation and he was great as well. Zach, the sales manager introduced himself and made extra sure we were being taken care of. This is our first Airstream, but sixth RV, and by far this was our best purchase experience!

We were visiting the Charlotte area in our airstream and had a total loss of DC power, as well as a water leak. We are from the Nashville area, and a long ways from the dealership we purchased the unit from. We did a google search, and located airstream of Charlotte about 30 minutes away. I spoke to John on the phone, he listened to our problems and it was apparent very quickly that he knows his stuff. He was aLao able to work us in the same day! These guys are total professionals and got us fixed and back on the road in a matter of hours, and handled all of the warranty process for us right there. Just purchased a new 25’ Tradewind Airstream to replace a 17 year old Safari. The team at Airstream of Charlotte was patient, provided the information we needed and offered an attractive price. We’ve used them for service and had good results.
