Airstream Inland Empire

Julie and her team at Airstream Inland Empire are professional and kind. All service was completed per our concern. I arrived with the back window broken, shattered to 1,000 pices by a rock that went rogue. We looked at the repair costs, they advised on how it would be more affordable to pay privately instead of filing a claim with Geico. The estimate and final cost came out to less. That's what I'm talking about! I mentioned to Julie that they will see me again and hopefully I won't arrive with broken windows.

Best decision we ever made!! Going to INLAND EMPIRE Airstream for service was a great experience from the second we walked in! William was very helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our Interstate 19, and the same can be said about Edward who worked in our rig…Edward was amazing, he was kind, patient and professional. Both William and Ed ward were able to detect the problem and fix it in a couple day something another company could not fix in over 7 weeks…we are so grateful and will be loyal clients from now on…do not hesitate as you will be very well taken care of here!! Great staff, great customer service and very responsive to my needs. Kept me informed of the status every step of the way. My Bambi Airstream was ready when promised. Will and the staff did a great job not only Walbernizing my Bambi, which looks brand new again, but in fixing my very minor inside issues. Would definitely visit again. Our experience was fantastic. Leon was highly knowledgeable and addressed all my questions. Scott Murphy and the finance team provided all the necessary details to finalize our purchase. During delivery, we signed documents with Rose, who was a pleasure to work with, making us feel like family and securing us the best deal. Ruben was thorough during the walk-around, clearly explaining all the features of our new Airstream. Airstream Inland Empire was very helpful and efficient in helping us with our problems. We have an older Airstream very well taken care of,but some of its problems can be challenging. They took care of them with no issues. All the personnel there are very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.
