Steve and Luke at Airstream of New Mexico have been amazing to us as brand-new Airstream owners. They patiently walked us through dewinterizing, TV connections, and lots of simple but helpful tips that made everything feel manageable. We truly appreciate their kindness and support. Next level customer service! The Airstream NM team is outstanding. We bought our Tradewind from them in Feb and had a wonderful experience. We've brought it back a couple of times for routine warranty work as we have been passing through ABQ and both times, the team has been welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Just recently, the team stayed late into their evening to be there for us to drop off the trailer. The service department is open until 5 pm but Austin, Kyle (finance guy), and Luke (sales guy) all stayed to well after 7 pm to make sure we could drop the trailer and have somebody there to receive it. Billy, the GM was helping organize and communicate with his team and was an Allstar making sure we felt well taken care of. I'd give this team a 6th star if that were possible!

When there to switch out my hitch drop for my equalizer hitch and have the height adjusted. Everyone was nice and helpful did a great job.

Extremely experienced Airstream mechanics We plan to make a yearly visit check-up visit there for our Airstream. They're reasonable, honest and the best Airstream mechanics we've found
