Airstream of Virginia kept my RV for nearly four months for warranty work after damaging it during the original repair, which ultimately required replacement of the entire center ceiling strip from front to back. I drove two hours each way to pick up my RV after being told the work was complete, only to discover that no quality control had been performed and the ceiling had been damaged during the repair. This required additional warranty work and resulted in the RV being kept for several more months. While I was not ultimately charged for winterization, I was initially told I would be, even though the RV remained there solely due to their own workmanship issues. We recently purchased a 2026 Airstream Basecamp XE from here. The sales team was excellent in making sure we got the best RV for our needs and we got a good price (compared to other pricing I found online.) Stopped in today just to look around. Not in the market right now for a camper and the Kenneth from the sales staff was aware but more than happy to still show me the different models and answer all my questions. Great customer service and when I’m in the market I’ll definitely be back.

The service and support team are very good. They do an excellent job of learning the wonderfully unique ways each airstream is assembled coming out of the factory and figuring out how to make things better. Felicia and Lauren are super at dealing with all the insurance stuff, and Josh is clearly very experienced.

Do not do business with Airstream of Virginia. I purchased a new Airstream from Airstream of Virginia in 2022, and it arrived with numerous defects, including electrical issues, unsecured panels, missing rivets across an entire wall, a crooked stovetop, and even a crack in the wood frame. While I understand they are not the manufacturer, their responsibility was to properly address these issues through their service department—and that experience was extremely disappointing.
