Airway Avenue Car Wash

I just have to share how amazing this car wash is. My mom went there recently and was having trouble with her card not going through, even though she had funds available. It was clearly just a technical issue, and she was starting to feel stressed and embarrassed about it. The owner stepped in and, without hesitation, told her not to worry and let her get the car wash completely free. That kind of kindness and understanding is rare these days. He didn’t have to do that, but he chose to show compassion and good customer service. The car wash itself did a great job her car looked spotless but what really stood out was the generosity and integrity of the owner. Businesses that treat people with patience and respect deserve to be recognized. We will absolutely be back and will recommend this p

Did an excellent job washing my car! I'll be back for sure! (I know we're not supposed to towel dry our cars in the bay, but no one was waiting. If there were, I would have moved. I have a super absorbent towel and just 1 swipe dries the car) I'm happy with this car wash.

Very rude Owner or manager stuck his head our the window of the building yelling at me for my dogs. My dogs were right by our truck not barking or causing any issues and his dogs were throwing a fit when they saw our dogs. His dogs were the problem. Ours are trained service dogs who mind very well. Guy was extremely rude and up professional. Specially when we were spending money at a place where there are multiple other choices to choose from.

We brought our 35-foot motorhome towing our van. There is plenty of room, a high-pressure wash & lots of soap in the brush. The young guy with a beard was very nice. We were so happy we found this location while traveling. Highly recommend!! Thank you ❤️

On January 8th I had an issue with some damage to my Ford Escape because of a equipment malfunction. I had given my information to one of their employees who hadn't passed it on because his dog damaged his cell phone. Go figure, Right?! When I hadn't heard back from them I immediately contacted my insurance company to the tune of a $1,000 deductible. My insurance company didn't tell me they had contacted them and when I didn't hear back from anyone I assumed the worst. I finally got in contact with the car wash and found out it was a whole lot of miscommunication. They are more than willing to pay for the damage and thank God, I don't have to pay the deductible. It's nice to know there is a local company that is willing to be honorable with their customers. Thank you Airway Car Wash for ha
