Aj Clean & Dry Car Wash

We’re from out of state and stopped here for a car wash. There were no signs or warnings about folding in mirrors or any other precautions. The wash started, sprayed about half the truck, and then suddenly shut off. It took about five minutes for a man to come outside, and when he did, he was immediately hostile. He told us he had been watching on the cameras and claimed the machine hit the mirror, which is why it stopped. Instead of calmly explaining or offering any help, as if it’s not his job to assist customers with problems they encounter, he chose to raise his voice at us. However after all of that, and he was realizing we were correct he allowed us to continue with the $16 wash we had payed for.

Had a windshield to break. They replaced it with no questions. Every time I have had issues they responded quickly and were so kind. The wash sometimes has a problem but they always make it right. Customer service is over a 10+. The was is good and the vacuum’s are great

This did a really good job at cleaning all the bugs off the front of our SUV. We drove from Bethlehem, PA to visit parents and when we arrived the entire front of our SUV was covered with bug guts! One minor complaint, the wheel cleaning brush did not do a good job cleaning my wheels. We watched it on the truck in front of us and it seemed to work. The results were not what I had expected. I will just get the basic clean from now on.

I’m new to Harrodsburg. I recently got a new Nissan car and today I finally got time to wash it after paying 11$ & using the right side bay I now have a several long scratches on both sides of my car and back bumper and windows from the rotating brushes also the sprayer were spraying way harder than I have seen at most car washes I tried calling and reporting but the number that’s listed is just a high loud noise. and beeping also provided the damage on fb messaged to the owner but no reply yet. I’m disappointed in this wash not only did it damaged my new car but it also didn’t clean it very much I’m sorry but I can’t recommend this wash. Hopefully the owner can figure out what happening to their equipment before any other car is damaged. Also added a few pictures of the damage it has done

The wash was great and the lady who owns the business was even better!! She made sure that my car was so clean it sparkled!!!
