My tire went completely flat randomly. This was the closest shop, and they helped refill my tire with free air. Much appreciated.

I'm from a little town in western NY. Earlier this month we came to KY for my mother in laws' family reunion. On the way down the tailpipe broke due to rust and age. I went to one of the national chain shops in Frankfort for repairs. I had to leave it over night (Monday) and I was told they would call me in the AM with an estimate. At 2 PM the next day (Tuesday), I called to see what the holdup was. They claimed that they didn't have a hoist tall enough to work on it. I have a 1992 Ford E-150 van. Nothing really special about it. When I asked why no one had called, I was told they were "really swamped with business". I picked up the van and went back to my mother in laws.
