AJ MOBILE AUTOMOTIVE

AAJ responded to my son in law's assistance for a blown tire on US Hwy 287 in Grand Prairie on our 2008 Ford Focus. My son in law is disabled and has very little automotive knowledge. The technician that responded said he could not remove and change the wheel because there was a locking nut on the lug and no key could be found in the car, so, he had to tow the vehicle back to their home near AT&T Stadium in Arlington. He further said he had to charge an additional $60 for the additional miles. My daughter arrived home very late last night after getting someone to pick her up at the Venus School where she is a teacher. She got home at 11pm. This morning she went out to see what the issue was. There WAS NO LOCK ON THE LUG, and she took the lug nuts off and removed the tire. It is my opini
