I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle here, but I still wanted to leave a review because the experience was genuinely positive. Jay was clear, transparent, and easy to work with throughout our communication, which was all done over text. I don’t live nearby, and I really appreciated being able to review all the details of the deal remotely without being pressured with the usual “you have to come in” approach you hear about at many dealerships. Even though the deal ultimately didn’t work out for me, I appreciated the professionalism and straightforward communication. Wishing Jay and the dealership continued success.
