I've been fortunate to have worked with honest and knowledgable mechanics at different establishments, and this place is at the top of my list! They are always very accommodating and honest. Took my car to the dealer for an oil change, and they recommended I get my brakes replaced soon. My neighbors (who have been going to AKA for years) recommended them, so I took the car there. To my surprise, they informed me that the brakes still had ~15k miles on them before they'd recommend replacing them. Saved me hundreds of dollars when they could have easily just done the job early. I've taken my car there since, and always get the same level of honest and high-quality service. Their integrity is clearly more important than an immediate sale, and this is why they have such a loyal customer base

Had a really great experience here! Even during the busy holiday rush, they managed to squeeze me in for an inspection. Jason was awesome, he took the time to go over everything with me in detail, aired-up my tires, and it didn’t even take long. Best part? They didn’t even charge me for the inspection. Can’t recommend this place enough, honest and friendly service.

I have been taking my vehicles to AKA Auto for over 15 years. My latest trip was to take my 2014 Town & Country in for new tires and an oil change on 1/21/2026. I always get great friendly and professional service from Jason and his staff.

After recently moving to the area, I was looking for an auto shop that was close by. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give AKA a try and was not disappointed. Even though I waited until the last minute, they were able to get me in before I went on a long road trip and they completed the service in a timely manner for a good price. Their customer service was excellent and they did not try to upsell me but pointed out some things to keep an eye on in the future. I will be going back again and recommending the place to friends and neighbors.

3 days before Christmas and our Hummer wouldn't start. Jason and his crew took a look and noted what it was but were pretty sure they couldn't get to it before Christmas as their schedule was packed! Now what? A call on Christmas Eve afternoon from AKA informed us that the Hummer was fixed and ready to go. We were so grateful that we could do our planned holiday travel. Thank you, AKA, for going the extra mile.
