Parts staff (with exception of 1 individual) is rude and not professional. It's often difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone when calling. They really seem to be trying to make you feel like your call is a major inconvenience to their day. I'd give one star, but every so often the experience isn't horrible so I'll be generous and give 2.

So it was a Friday as I was passing through Madison,Wi. With a check engine light on. Headed to Seattle with temps around zero so definitely wanted it checked out. Every other truck repair shop did not want to look at it for 5 to 10 days. I called here and they said come on over and we will diagnose it within an hour. I was on the property for 2 hours and back on the road . Tech replaced 2 faulty sensors. I love good customer service and knowledgeable tech's

Billed for work not performed .. Was Told tech was fired but No reimbursement Not happy at all
