This Auto mechanic shop continues to provide excellent service to the community. They are professional and honest. They have very reasonable prices for their services. They are very competent and able to troubleshoot problems within a reasonable time period. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I took my truck here for a short in blower motor, no heat. Manager told me to leave the keys and he would call me when they figured out the problem. About two hours later manager called said the problem was a broken wire between fuse box and blower motor and would cost $360 to fix and my truck would be ready in a couple hours. When I picked my truck up the heat was working and I was happy. I asked manager about warranty on the work and he said 3 months warranty. 5 months later guess what?? SAME PROBLEM !!! NO HEAT. BLOWER MOTOR NOT WORKING. I knew the warranty was over but I figured It would get some kind of consideration because I'm having the same problem that WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN REPAIRED. Nope. So did some work on a customers car and when all was done determined it needed a pcm sent it to A&L to confirm and they charged the customer $150 dollars to “” look at said vehical only to tell her they couldn’t fix it beware stay clear of A&L electric they are crooks.

My family has gone to this shop for many years.all of us have relocated out of the city and still go there. I don't take my car to anyone else...
