I actually drove from Long Beach to Westminster just to come to this shop, which should already tell you a lot. From the moment I arrived, Alex was extremely professional, straightforward, and genuine. He explained exactly what my car needed, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel pressured or unsure. That kind of honesty and transparency is rare to find in the auto repair world. Anytime you bring your car for a service here the team does a full inspection of every part of your vehicle. That inspection report is sent to you in real-time. This report categorizes what is in good condition (no service needed), what is in decent condition (service that is not urgent but something to consider in the future), and damage that is urgent to repair (service needed as soon possible). I’m fairly new to this shop and just had my second vehicle serviced. For context, my background as a VP is heavily based in service and the customer experience. This is something I’m very passionate about and look for in businesses today. I rarely give reviews, it takes either a terrible experience or an exceptional one.
