Let’s start by saying: kindest, sweetest group of guys you will ever work with! They were so flexible, immaculate and understanding with my car in the shop and my crazy work schedule— and I could not recommend them more. The cars they have are all extremely nice, the office and employees are all top tier with customer service and their communication is absolutely outstanding. Whether you’re in town for travel, are having some issues, or whatever you need a rental for— this is the place to go.

This was my first time using Turo and I had some apprehension about cancelling my reservation with Hertz to go with this new rental company. But they knocked it out of the park. The car was in excellent condition, easy to find at the airport, and the whole process went extremely well. I was very pleased and of course the savings was the icing on the cake. services is really friendly and great. They made sure that you have/known everything before take a car out, so you will not feel FOMO when booking/pickup the rental cars. The cars are also good too! they are all new (from 2020-2022 versions). They have lots of cars (Hybrid, luxury, and sport cars), lots of lots of cars to pick to fit your style. Cars always clean and smell good whenever you come to pick up the car. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone flying into Santa Ana airport. These guys were quick to respond. My flight was canceled and luckily these guys were able to rent me the van for one more day. These guys are way good at what they do. I will be renting from them when I visit California again
