I've had a great experience with these people over the years. I'm working on paying off my 4th vehicle (buy here pay here). The people and service are great! When buying a used vehicle there are small repairs a buyer just must expect to have completed without even having to look (Ex. Wiper, Brakes, Tires, Oil). Ive had to do ONE repair outside of that range to any of my vehicles and I started buying from them 5 years ago.. Even then JR was very honest with me, and handled repairs quickly as little cost to me (any other shop would have charged an arm & a leg just for labor) Not to mention the many family members I have sent. Ive also fallen behind on my notes MANY times, but all that they ask is for your to be a man a communicate. No problems , 10/10 recommend Alabama Auto Sales.

Do not rent any homes from them. Terrible business, just money hungry. Not willing to fix anything within the house. I was warned by others about their behavior, if only I would have listened. This is my bathroom floor with a hole in front of the toilet. We can see and smell outside. Been waiting over A WEEK just to hear back from someone, still nothing. Called months ago to warn them the floor was weak. Called back today to get an update, Sandy stated she would call me back. No call back. So now I am an angry tenant calling back, and she hangs up in my face. So when they call for rent, I’m hanging up 😘

My husband recently financed a vehicle here and JR and his staff have been nothing but helpful and nice. Great customer service all around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable ride. We have also bought cash vehicles here in the past and they have been great vehicles.

Sold my friend a lemon. Then charged him for repairs within the same month vehicle was purchased. Very shady and unprofessional. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AT LEAST 5X since he got it. The last time they repaired the vehicle it took over 2 weeks. He had to get his own rental(every time) even though they rent out their cars. They know the vehicle is messed up prior to resale yet tell you to let them fix what is wrong and then charge you after they fix it. If you don't pay them for repairs they still repossess the vehicle.
