We felt like we were constantly being pressured or manipulated in some slick car salesman type way. Working with Zack and Mo is the complete opposite. Not once did I feel like they were trying to just “make the sale.” They were honest about their vehicles and I knew exactly what I was buying. It was a fair negotiation for both the car I bought and my trade in. They gave me almost the exact Edmund’s price for my trade in.
