I've been Trucking for 10 years & never experienced a company like Alabama auto & diesel, the best way to describe them is angels thats heavenly sent for truckers. I was stuck for less then an hour before they pulled up. Customer service was very very polite. They got right on it & fixed the problem. They most definitely getting my business again. I give them 10 plus stars if I could.

My son was stranded in Alabama. This company was recommended. Wonderful service. I mean they came though. It is so beautiful we still have honest, integrity and loyal people in this world. It makes a difference. I'm grateful 🙏.

Truck lost all its air pressure and wouldn’t build back up. Couldn’t hear any leaks, couldn’t see anything, disconnected air dryer lines and bypassed the dryer still no air pressure, checked air compressor for air pressure it was fine. After calling 3 other places, one of them said they were on the way two different times and never showed up, another one showed to be located in Decatur but when the mechanic called he said it was at least a 45 minute drive from Cullman for $270. plus their hourly rate, third one didn’t have anyone to make road calls as their ad stated. So, then I called these guys, they were there in approximately 20 minutes, not one mechanic but two and one was actually the owner. They didn’t waste any time from start to finish. My husbands turbo went out on him while near this shop and they got him back up and running with great customer service, compassion, & patience. We’re forever grateful for this company taking such good care of us. They even took him to and from his hotel as well. Good people are so hard to come by. Thank you guys again.

Best shop in ALABAMA. Brandon will make sure your truck or vehicle is fixed properly and safe at a reasonable price. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanics in shop are great and will treat you GREAT. Would give them 100 stars if I could but don't take my word give. Them a try
