If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Bought a 2013 Acadia from here in September. Before ever making the two hour drive from where we live, I asked if there were any issues and was assured that they had just had the transmission rebuilt, AC works, and brand new tires and front end. We made the drive and purchased on September 11. The car worked for approximately a day and a half before the transmission started jerking and RPMs fluttering indicating bad torque converters within the transmission. Generally, transmission shops give at least a 15K mile or 1 year warranty (usually better), but I texted Kyle on October 16 requesting to find out if there was a shop warranty with whoever did the transmission rebuild since there was no dealer warranty. He advised there was only a THIRTY

Kyle and Bonnye were great to work with! They provided us with the CarFax and they allowed us to do our due diligence by taking it to our own mechanic up the street to have our own inspection. They then worked with us on the price when we discovered there were several things that needed to be repaired. We were also provided with contact information for another local mechanic who can take care of some things Jensens couldn’t. I would definitely recommend them!

I’m pleased to say Alamo motors sold me a 2021 Ford SUV awhile back after 6 months and 30,000 hard CA to AR miles the car has been phenomenal for my family!! I got a really good deal from Kyle! He and his wife run a genuine family-friendly business who take pride in what they do they took care of me miles above any other used car dealership in central Arkansas ever has in the past and I buy a LOT of cars/trucks from various dealers in the south. Most definitely purchasing another vehicle from them this coming summer
